When will I get my stuff?
After your order is entered and approved, items that are in stock will leave one of our warehouses within 1 to 2 business days. See below for more details on what happens if some or all of your items are not in stock.
Then, allow 1-5 business days for standard ground delivery within the United States, unless you have paid for an expedited shipping method (eg, 2 day or overnight).
Note: If you have elected and paid for an expedited shipping method, you must still allow 1 to 3 business days for the items that are in stock to leave our warehouse. Once the items leave the warehouse, the expedited shipping method ensures that the product will arrive within the appropriate time frame for that method (i.e. 2 business days for 2 day service, 1 business day for overnight).
For ground service, transit time will vary based on your location. The map below shows the ground transit times committed to by our primary carrier.

What do I do if I need a quantity of an item that is greater than what you show as available?
We pride ourselves on always having enough inventory on-hand to meet the needs of our customers. However, if you happen to need an unusually large quantity or you happen to catch us at a time when we are in the middle of replenishing our inventory, rest assured that we can get you the quantities that you need.
Complete your order online as if everything was in stock and once your order is approved, we will get the inventory you need and it will be on its way to you within 12-17 business days.
What happens if I select an out of stock item?
If your order contains an item that is out of stock, and the backordered product is not expected to arrive within two business days or before the required ship date to meet your in hand date, our standard policy is to ship the items that we have in stock.
When the backordered item is received from our vendor into our warehouse, all orders waiting for the item are shipped immediately and the remaining product is placed in our warehouse for future orders.
Based on our discretion, some extremely large orders or those being shipped abroad will be shipped only when all the items are available.
If we cannot meet your requested delivery date for an out of stock item, we will contact you for direction on how you would like us to proceed (ie, subsititute another similar product or delete the item from the order).
NOTE: You will be invoiced once per order after all items on the order have shipped complete.
Can I customize a product?
We are pleased to offer the ability to customize many of our product lines; and, although we are not able to take your custom order online, we are working hard to provide a capability to allow you to customize products online, which we hope to introduce next year.
