If you placed your order online and you elected to accumulate Prevention Partner Reward Dollars by creating an online account or signing in, then your Reward Dollars do not need to be claimed.   As soon as your online order is approved, the Reward Dollars will be posted to your account and they will be available for use.  

If you did not place your order online, you will need to claim your Prevention Reward Dollars before you will be able to use them online.

To claim your Prevention Reward Dollars, you will need the following:
    1. an online account
        a. if you have an online account, then please sign-in using the form below on the right
        b. if you do not have an online account, then please create one using the form below on the right
    2. your original order number (a six digit number found on your packing list or invoice)
    3. the zip code from the original order
